Boston Pizza - Bury

We are regular customers at this restaurant and usually order the same items. However, tonight we were a bit surprised by the changes in the food. The garlic bread and naan bread tasted different - the naan was smaller and harder than usual. The yogurt and mint sauce seemed more like a creamy sauce rather than fresh yogurt, and the salad portion was smaller than normal. The donner meat and chicken were not as flavorful as we are used to. The only positive was that the fries were better. If this is the new standard, we may have to explore other kebab shops as we were quite disappointed with the food quality tonight. It was definitely below the standard we have come to expect.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The service was top-notch, the staff were friendly, and the food was delightful. I pre-ordered pizzas and sides for my family on New Year's Eve, and they arrived promptly. The pizzas were all delicious with plentiful toppings, and the cheesy garlic bread was especially tasty. We also bought two garlic mayo dips for 70p each, which was a great deal considering the amount you get in each tub. I will definitely be returning in the future. I stopped by this restaurant on Christmas Day for some chicken and chips. The man charged me £5.00, which was fine until I asked for a pot of yogurt and mint sauce. I was told it would cost an extra 70p, which I found ridiculous. Most takeaway restaurants offer one pot of sauce for free, but this one seems to think they can charge extra because their sauces are special. The workers and the boss even argued with me and shouted in my face without wearing a face mask. It's disappointing that they prioritize money over customer satisfaction, especially on Christmas Day. I usually eat here because it's local and convenient, but their focus on profit over customer service is unacceptable. They need to improve their attitudes, wear face masks, and offer better prices. One pot of sauce should always be included with a meal. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

We had a couple of pizzas and a garlic bread from here and delivered by just eat. The food was of good value and arrived with us nicely hot. Plenty of toppings and plenty of cheese, although the pepperoni was rather swamped. The garlic bread was unremarkable, but had we had cheesy garlic bread it may have been better. A good filling meal.

Taste brilliant served warm however price is ridiculous. I paid £3.50 for this small box with a squirt of yoghurt mint sauce which wasnt even enough to reach my chips;i had to eat them dry. 50p extra for more sauce definitely not worth it its price
