Worlington Hall - Bury Saint Edmunds

I stayed at Worlington Hall for a week while in the area for work. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! The property is charming, quaint, and elegant! I stayed in the Henry room. The rooms are all decorated with antique pieces. The bed was comfortable. The extra amenities were an added bonus to include a mini fridge, hot tea/coffee/cookies in the room, and daily cleaning of the room with fresh towels. The food offered at the restaurant in Worlington Hall will impress any foodie! I had the opportunity to try several breakfast, lunch and dinner entrées. Each dish was a unique flavor combination and delicious. I highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding! The eggs benedict and avocado toast from the breakfast menu were also outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I had the pleasure to meet the owners, who were delightful and welcoming. The property had a beautiful green space with a walking trail and access to sit by a small river. The experience was elegant and fit for royalty! My stay at Worlington Hall was fantastic and I will definitely be back! Worlington hall left the best impression with trustworthy hospitable owners and staff. Rooms: The rooms had comfortable bedding. Each room was decorated with a theme and included antique furnishing. The rooms all had extra amenities which included a mini fridge, coffee, tea and treats restocked daily, iron, hair dryer, and plug adaptors to use for conversion of anyone from the United States who forgot their own adaptors. Food drinks: The Worlington Hall restaurant cuisine offered delicious dishes with beautiful presentation. The service was excellent. The staff responded with prompt service and kindness.

Dates night for the wife and I last night, very enjoyable evening, food and service were fantastic, great ambience and the venue has seen a change of hands and extensive and much needed refurbishment since we last visited, it's looking great now. We will definitely be back soon! No room review left as we only used the restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed the pork belly starter but the Ribeye steak and sticky toffee pudding were fantastic and I'd come back just for that! Thanks Kyle

Absolutely fantastic one nights stay at Worlington Hall, our room (Victoria) was very spacious and clean, overlooking the lovely gardens at the rear of the property. We had a very tasty lunch in the bar area and an excellent 3 course dinner in the main restaurant. Nothing was too much for any of the staff, we found that although the hotel seemed very upmarket it attracted a wide range of visitors and we certainly didn't feel out of place. Breakfast was fantastic (eggs benedict), the cheapest tariff for a night's stay was on their own website (cheaper than the online hotel websites). We will definitely be returning in the future. Rooms: Warm, spacious, clean and comfortable. Food drinks: Very good and reasonably priced food and drinks at the hotel.
