Halmae Gaya Milmyeon - Busan

Food and service was good! not much English spoken, but the dame was friendly and patient in the explanation how to approach the meal. I ordered the noodles with ice and mandu, which was delicious, but the ice gave me a slight brain freeze. this was dissolved with the warm tea/soup drink they provided. I came here alone, noodles mandu was a bit much, but I still managed to finish the meal.

Note the first timer in the cold nudel eating. they could be surprised that they get snowy on their table. this unusual utensili should be used directly from the beginning to cut the baptism of noodles in the half. now to review. After they find the restaurant (backstreet behind the main street), they can be surprised that there are only 3 items on the menu. we ordered all three. there are noodles, noodles in frozen water and cold noodles without liquid. noodles that we really liked. cold noodles are really delicious and interesting experience. I'm glad I tried, but I think I'm staying with Korean grill as my favourite dish. when they try the cold noodles for the first time, I propose to order small part. we had a big one, and it was too much. what I liked most was warm broth served free (probably to revise their frozen mouth). I give five stars, because everything was great and delicious, the problem is in me, it's just not my cup broth.

Very authentic place for local traditional spicy noodles and cold noodles! We loved it to the max craving for more although after having 1 whole bowl each.. its a little tricky to find though as the google map pin drop on the shop next to it but u wont miss it due to the locals going in n out of the shop.. planning to have it again tomorrow!

Super delicious cold noodle! The staff was super friendly and we got a small but it was enough for the two of us to share.
