Wendy's - Bushnell

Slow as molasses on a cold winters day. Is all I can say.

Sat in the drive through for over 5 minutes only one person in front of us. Asked us to wait for e waited. Finally just left and saw them talking to the person at the window. Looked like a friend. Went down the block to Burger King and got everything within 2 minutes hot fresh good food and way better service.

Apparently the employees rely on the kiosk orders. We did not use the kiosk as we were not able to because of the free Frosty key we have for the year that you buy one and you get a small Frosty for free. We stood in front of the cash register for more than 10 minutes We never acknowledged at all. There were people waiting for the orders I had ordered on the kiosk and I heard one customer say I am sick of this kiosk and I'm about ready to leave. We ended up leaving without any order. We have been there several times and the service is extremely slow. The times we have received our orders the food is good it's just taking so long to get the orders You're better off going to the drive-thru as it is more responsive.

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to, and I’ve been here multiple times giving them the benefit of the doubt the one ghetto white girl in there constantly has an attitude and EVERY SINGLE TIME we come here they mess up our order or the food is hard, or cold. This store should honestly just be shut down.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Just went through the drive thru and the lady got rude with me when I asked for honey mustard after she ignored me when I first tried to get her attention. Her answer was there is 2 in the bag already and I had 1 10 piece nugget and 2 chicken sandwiches- which I eat the honey mustard on both sandwiches and my nuggets. Needless to say they should never deny a customer condiments bc “they have two already”. Then I tried to call the store to let the manager on duty know and the phone doesnt even ring. Just makes 3 beeping sounds and disconnects.
