Chili's Grill - Butler

Excellent food, and the waiter was patient and took care of us. Competitive menu selections and prices for this type of restaurant. But, the customer should NOT have to check themself out if they have a gift card.

Usually enjoy it here, but this visit our appetizers came out cold and to close to our meal. Service was great though. It was close to closing, so maybe they were just trying to get us out of there faster

We just left the Chili's in Butler and I could not be more impressed with the staff today. I came in with a large group of developmentally disabled individuals and they not only accommodated us but were extremely friendly and patient with the gentlemen we take care of. It was one of our fellas birthday and you all made his day. I can not say enough good things about the service and professionalism of this restaurant. Really good burger too! Thanks again! the guy with the Slaughter to Prevail shirt. ;

Was ok could have been better but might have been everyone bad day so maybe next time!
