Mcdonald's - Butler

Getting out of the booth my five year old grandson spilt his caramel frappe. I went up to the counter to let them know that we had a mess on the floor that would require a mop. They were very nice and remade another frappe for my grandson.

Customer service is good. Food is hot and drinks are cold. Only reason why I gave 3 stars is most of the dining room tables were dirty and I saw a lot of employees goofing off in the kitchen. Apparently once there facilities help leaves its below them to have to clean the tables.

They told me they dont put sugar and cream in your coffee for you only if you order it
