A tremendous improvement over the last one that wouldn't even wait on us).We enjoyed a good meal and felt better about returning. Thanks!Parking: Mall was pretty empty so parking was plentiful.
I had the managers special this week and it was tasty but I was quite concerned about the process. There were two people working one cooking and one taking orders. It got a little crowded and the woman cooking seemed so stressed and irritated... with good reason. She had several steam burns that obviously hurt. She had gloves that did not fit so she opted not to wear them... that was a concern. Each sandwich was prepared individually seems like it should/ could be a little more efficient system. It took over 15 min to get my sandwich; fries given to me and other customers) well before the sandwich es) and of course they were cold by the time the later was done. It just seemed like a really inefficient system. The cook mumbled complaints about the boss not really caring. That is not a good sign and I would hate to see this place go under because of lack of training or staff satisfaction. There are not a lot of other options in this mall so Metz would be well to make this a thriving and pleasant experience.
Wouldn’t eat in this place if you paid me to!! Employees don’t wear gloves and the one cook(male) had a tank top on!!! Can you say chest hair in your cheese steak?? No thank you
I drove 30 minutes to get meltz and when I got there, the guy working said “I can’t take any orders right now I’m working on a big DoorDash order” so needless to say I wasted my gas to get told he can’t multitask.
Says they open to 7pm. Went to get dinner and a rude guy with a beard says they are close at 6. He had a 10 minute sign up at 5:50pm then claimed he has 1 order he is closed.Redeemed with a free drink thanks man!! Lot better attitude.
