Vocelli Pizza - Butler

Always loved pizza here at a good price. They recently reopened and gave me an extra pizza because they said one was “burnt” if it was it was hardly burnt. But it was nice knowing they will make it right without you even having to ask.

Used to order from here all the time. Quality has gone down significantly. Delivery service is unbelievably slow.

It seems this location has been back open for about a month again.... I called twice on a Saturday evening, at 9:10 and 9:20 p.m. Couldn't get an answer, it rang about 12 times before I hung up. ?‍ Maybe the hours listed are incorrect. But this was just a run of the mill Saturday, and they don't want to answer the phone, that leads me to believe that management and everything from there down, probably isn't as good as it used to be.

Was given rotten salad. Not 1, not 2, but 4. When I asked for a refund they said they could only give credit. I said I would not eat there again so I asked for a refund. The worker refused and then got belligerent with me, and ended up throwing the salads and throwing me out of his store threatening to call the cops. Will never be back and will report this to the health department. I would not recommend and the safety of the food is likely compromised.
