Feedback gevenA little disappointment. they were really excited to try the smoked trout dip, but there was too much zitrus in the dip, which completely masked the delicate taste of the smoked trout. the seasonal offer of birne and bleu flat cake was very good. the rub was a great disappointment, I only ate half. they tried to do or as a panini sandwich that only pushed the roggenbrot at the point where it fell apart. the dressing and the herb were bland and the horned bark was just ok.
My pulled pork sandwich tasted as if it was sent next to a really well-drawn pork. the bungalow was a mass of moschus, my termine burger had 2 charred patties, and my koks had 0 koka taste. to round off everything, I had to wait for 30 minuettes before a waitress still harassed me to ask what I want to drink and come 2h tital for my burned, mushy eating. the flatbread and the French pommes are amazing. will probably only come back for it.
Good food and drinks. Service was great.Severely understaffed. Not their fault I guess. But wait times have been very long the last 2 times I went. They are only able to seat people in 1/3 the tables.
Always excellent food, very nice, helpful, friendly staff and nice atmosphere (barring new age music), but the cooking was incredibly slow. Slow to get main course after soup and 15 minutes to get Holiday Mac Sugar cookie for dessert. So good, all, that it was almost worth the wait. Would have been 5-star but for the slow kitchen, and on a slow day!
Always great food. Many selection choices. Great ambiance.
