Normally I would never be inclined to review a chain location of any kind, but I worked at a Dunkin for nearly five years and this was insane and worth sharing. Not only was service incredibly slow despite them not being busy at all, I had to keep correcting them during and after my order was placed as they kept trying to give me things I did not ask for (nitro cold brew instead of regular, bacon on wrap when I’m a vegetarian), but the real kicker here was that they cooked the wax paper from the egg patty INTO my food! Both employees present seemed like they haven’t been properly trained to be quite honest, I would recommend hitting the Starbucks next door instead.

Ordered a wake up wrap and coffee in drive thru. The bacon wasn't even cooked when I went to eat

This is the best Dunkin. This is the only one I ever go to because they make my coffee order perfectly just how I like it every single time. The staff are nice and the service is very quick!

Prices are up, quality is down, rewards program doesn 't always work and is harder to earn rewards , service nothing special.
