Domino's Pizza - Byram

I live 8 minutes away and it took them over a hour to bring the food and when it got here everything was ice cold. when i called them they was very rude and impolite

Pick-up window was convenient and fast. The staff member working the window was an older woman who still remembered the good old days when policy was to greet customers with a smile and say thank you for choosing their restaurant. I miss that quality ofcustomer service.

I came in when it was absolutely swamped with the after work dinner rush. This team kept their cool through it in a very professional manner. I was super impressed! Also my food came out great as always. Good work y'all

So if I could give negative Stars I will give -5 Stars. I have spent close to $1,000 at this location over the past year yet they are 0% concerned with their customers and are unwilling to even sneeze without permission to do so. Thanks a lot and I willbe taking my business elsewhere from now on.
