Waffle House - Byram

I've been working at the hospital all day, so I went about 7, wanted to get some good since Sunday night. So I picked up my kids and came to Waffle House. So I went with my kids. I was not greeted, it looked like it was 3 on their orders, I was looking for a menu, could not find so I went to a table and was told that I can't sit, they are just going orders, I said that's good I'm just looking at the menu. So I waited for someone to pick up our order, the server just looked us out and did other things, even after he handed out the commands! So a lady asked if someone took our order I said no we were still waiting for someone to take it, she asked the guy who commanded, he said no I thought u was... I still wait and the guy just wondered about nothing, so I asked another lady could take her, she went to the manager and said something the lady came and said she can't s her training so that the manager took my order, so she put our order in ... customer service needs work!

Diane was an excellent waitress. Breakfast was wonderful and very full. We couldn't eat anything. The hashbrowns were actually brown, not like a lot of restaurants serve as hate robes. The waffles are from this world. Great value and atmosphere.

Good food and consistent food, the place is clean and staff During lunchtime in the week are friendly and has great customer service. My husband and I always get the Hasch-Braun- or Gänseschale. And they do it really good, no complaints at all!
