Mcdonald's - Byrnes Mill

I am very thankful to Manager Toni for not only accommodating my long lunch break but also for being so friendly. I wasn't aware that they accepted credit cards.

This is my second attempt to enter the restaurant. We sat in the outer lane, waiting for someone to take our order. There was no one inside.

I placed a mobile order for 2 ice cream cones around 6:33 PM. I waited in the parking pick-up space for 20 minutes, but no one ever came out. I tried to go inside, but still had no luck.

They do not make a coffee on the afternoon and the lobby was closed. they only drive thru.

I came to the drive thru (the one closest to the building) to order my children something to eat. I sat there for 20 minutes I look at the car that just pulled into the other order box and they took her command right away. I was bruised by people behind me, because nobody took my orders. So after 30 minutes I moved to the window and asked her if I can order and the older lady said no, we don't want her kind here. I had no idea what she was talking about. I only waited 30 minutes to order and then the dame would not take my order yet. I don't spend less than $45.00 when I go there. I'll never be back.
