The Holy Grain Bakery - BYRON BAY

Erin is a wonderful baker, known for her beautiful pastries and incredible gluten-free cookies. The service is friendly and down-to-earth. During my week-long visit as a stranger, I enjoyed great conversations with her, no matter where the discussions took us.

The large gluten-free cheese bread twists and coffee are outstanding—truly the best in Byron. This place is an underrated gem!

The bread is amazing, the sugar cinnamon donuts are also highly recommended and the owner is super friendly! We even got free bread that we went there twice.

Very tasty lamb empanadas with olives egg. Delicious bread. Great baker.

Claimed to be the best Turkish bread. It’s not. Uncooked, unsalted mess. Resting the dough on my dashboard to try and improve the taste.
