Auntie Anne's - Byron Center

Love coming in here for a quick bite to eat while strolling the shops at the mall. I think mall pretzels typically get a bad wrap for being stale, gross, cold, and the workers uncaring. And what's the deal with peanuts on airplanes ? But pretzels at Auntie Anne's are different from your normal mall pretzel flair. So far my favorites are the Cheesy Jalapeno, Pizza Bites, and the Cinnamon Sugar which taste almost like an elepant ear. They also serve drinks, slushies, Pretzel Dogs, and Pigs-in-a-Blanket. These fabulous menu items always seem to hit the spot, so we can get back doing what we love shopping till we drop!

Very slow, multiple people working but only one person helping customers with a long line!

Love the pretzels but it's super super small and busy.

Service was slow, and the entire staff was rude. The lady ahead be didn't speak very good English so she was pointing at what she wanted the girl who was helping her told her I can't see what you're pointing at you have to speak English , I left at that point. One of the girls had a burn on her arm that she kept putting cream on and then touching the food without washing her hands! Will never go back to this location.

The casser who gets you to eat has wiped his nose with the back of his hand and coughed into his poor, but his hands did not wash before he continues to serve his customer
