Mcdonald's - Byron Center

Ordered 3 breakfast McMuffins and waited 20 mins before going in for a refund. They said our food wasn’t even close to ready. Only two cars were ahead us and they were still waiting when we left. Terrible terrible service.

They closed the drive thru just so a girl could go on break and hang out with her friends. So I went inside and they still took forever to take my order. And of course the food was

Twice I've gone here and was told over the speaker that they are closed.It was 6:45pm on a Saturday night!!The one time it was actually open my sandwich was made wrong, and the lady working the speaker was rude.Done with this location!

7pm on Friday went to drive-through and they said they were closed.

Very poor service, took over a half hour waiting out front to get food. 3 vehicles waiting kid brought out 3 different orders that belonged to either 3 of us waiting. I’m not sure who is in charge at this location and who is doing the training but whoever it is doesn’t belong working there. Get with the program 84th st. Do better.
