Feedback gevenI stopped at the drive thru around 8:45. Lights were on, cars in the lot and k could see the employees inside. I waited at the ordering intercom for about ten minutes and no one ever greeted me or even attempted to take my order. Eventually I left. When Iwas pulling out, I could see the worker just standing in the window. Literally not doing anything. Blatantly ignoring the lineof cars at the drive thru. I definitely will never stop here again and drive the extra ten minutes to Warner Robins.
Being this is fast food it is always going to be hit and miss. The employees were nice and they smiled (always a plus with me). The food itself was lacking in any form of taste and the sweet tea had 10 cubes. That just will not due for a large sweet tea.
I Order the same small blizzard just about every week. And somehow my price shot up .40 cents. Not understanding that. I don't believe the young man at the window put my order in correctly.
If I could give 0 stars I would!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I?m ordering all I hear is side talk, so I wasn?t surprised when the order was repeated back to me WRONG 3 times!!! I ordered a $7 meal deal didn?t receive a sundae nor drink. Check the bag, noburger either! I will drive to Fort Valley DQ before I stop at this one again. Called to speak with manager, he stated to callcooperate (which I did). No wonder this location NEVER have any cars .. it?s the worse location ever!!! I WILL NEVERRETURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My family went and ate here a few days ago, and got some cheddar bites and ice creams. This place has really lost touch with its customer base. No one acts like they are happy to work there and the food shows it. I 'm still not to thrilled with this placebecause one time a few years ago, I had $75 worth of charges hit my card out of the blue which I was at the end of my work weekand had a check coming Friday, the $75 charge cause me to bounce. Each charge cost me $25 bucks a pop. I called them to findout what happened and they told me that They reserve the right to charge me whenever yet there are zero signs posted alertingcustomers to this or anything. Needless to say, they did nothing to remedy that. It 's REALLY bad business. They charged mefrom four months previous all at once. Only time I 'll go there now is when my wife and daughter want to and I bring cash.
