Greek Village Express - Byron

The management at this restaurant had a disagreement with me and raised the price on an item I frequently order. They were quite rude, while I remained polite. I attempted to clarify that I always order the same dish and inquired about the sudden price increase of approximately $4. However, the management refused to listen and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. The food at this establishment is tasty, but the customer service was lacking. Unfortunately, a lack of customer service seems to be a growing trend in the food industry. While I understand that times are tough, it is still important to treat customers with respect during interactions.

I was excited to have a delicious Greek salad tonight, but unfortunately this restaurant is closed. I hope they reopen soon.

The food at this restaurant is extraordinarily delicious and of great quality. The chicken is among the best I've ever had. You can't go wrong with ordering here. We placed an online order and had the food delivered, and it arrived so quickly that I was amazed.

Web page says there are open. When we got there they were closed. Need to keep their web page current. Upset we drove over 15 miles only to find it closed!

Received Quick Friendly Service. The Portions are large. Delicious food.The cakes look good but I have not tried them yet.
