Subway - Byron

They're delivering a couple of subs here to our house because my son and I have been wanting one. I ordered online and had to call and correct the ingredients on one of the subs because I accidentally added items I didn't want. They were very short withme, and the one I talked to just hung up after I said what I didn't want on there. This is very rude and unprofessional.

Just left there. The first gal was short and flying her arms around. I made a comment to the cashier and his response was maybe you can choose a different restaurant, turned his head and said or maybe learn how to cook. I will be contacting the owners andwill not be returning. No customer service skills at all.

I eat at Subway a few times a week, this Byron Subway is one of the best around! The staff at this location are all friendly and have a nice clean appearance, most of the Subways in the area you don’t find this quality. The sandwiches are made nice and neat and not just thrown together real quick like the surrounding Subways. The restaurant is always nice and clean! Overall they all got it together over here and do a great job!

The worst subway I’ve ever been to. Bread is stale. Service is slow. They don’t accept subway coupons. There’s a reason why so few people come here compared to the other fast food restaurant down the road. Because it’s run so poorly. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
