Sweetbean Cafe Bakery - Byron

This place is ALWAYS hoppin! We call ahead to order and our items are fresh and AMAZING! The staff is kind and happy to be there. The energy bites are a favorite.... and the Smores cold foam cold brew. EVERYTHING we have ordered has been delicious. Cute place and cozy atmosphere.

Extremely slow service, cookies were so stale had no flavor at all except for the taste of margarine. There was a baby crawling around in the work area. The coffee was not that great unfortunately, not a whole lot of dimension in the flavor :

I met to post this months ago and my intentions finally caught up with me. Overall, every part of this business is top notch! Great food, great deserts, and a customer service that far above the average. I am currently eating a scrumptious blueberry muffin along with my Chicken salad sandwich. I am new fan of their Raspberry limeade cold drink. Today, I went to this restaurant to purchase a special treat for someone who had been kind to me. While waiting in line in my electric wheelchair, I observed a baby crawling around on the floor in the work area. The manager picked up the baby and attended to the woman ahead of me. Unfortunately, when I was next in line to give my order, a young lady walked around my wheelchair and the manager ignored me, instead tending to the lady who had cut in line. How could they not see a person in a wheelchair?! This does not reflect well on the wonderful people in Byron. There are no excuses for this behavior. I left the restaurant feeling upset.

The absolute best cafe! Everything one the menu is amazing and the staff is beyond helpful and always happy to see you! I would 100% recommend this cafe over any other!
