The barista in the black apron is amazing. I forgot to grab her name, but she was super friendly and had amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend looking for her to talk to if you have any questions. Drive through was quick, and the drinks were great. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

During my first visit, I ordered a hot grande chai tea latte, and it was as good as at other locations. However, during my third and fourth visits, I ordered the same drink and unfortunately found it to be watered down or overly milky. There was more milk than chai in both cases. I even asked for an extra pump of chai to enhance the flavor, but it still didn't help—it remained watered down. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
