Great high quality food served by helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Location ideal just five minutes from the beach. Inside and outside tables to suit all needs.

We live in this part of the world for three months every year and always visit La Solana just once it is very good but the menu has not changed in fifteen years so it could get boring if visited more frequently. This time we went for dinner and we 're not disappointed high quality produce, carefully prepared and served by polite and not over attentive staff. The amuse bouche is always so large that we Only order three starters between four as we know they are also very large . Octopus the best I have ever tasted. A different salad with dried fruit, cheeses and nuts and the ever popular croquetas. Rather boringly we all had entrecôte steak real steak not ternera which is like rose veal. Two home made puddings between us, two bottles of Ribera de Duero, Coffee and Brandy 200 euros including a large tip (not really necessary but we only once or twice a year

Producto fresco y bien cocinado. Todo muy rico.Sitio agradable y atencion del personal muy agradable. Todo muy bien. No es barato pero para darse un homenaje en la zona es un sitio recomendable.

Restaurante de 10, en Cabanas,un lujo a muy buen precio. Magnífica su Merluza con salsa de berberechos,su perdiz estofada, así como sus almejas plancha... Trato magnífico,por parte de Moncho y Alba.... Así como de su jefe Juan Carlos...
