I purposely tried the bulalo here in search of the best one in the city. The price is very affordable—good for sharing with friends and the taste is worth it. Drinks and appetizers are also reasonably priced compared to other overpriced places in the city. It's a bit off the highway, around 15-20 pesos from Jolibee Circumferential, and very close to NYORK Cafe.
