Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cabazon

TERRIBLY SLOW SERVICE!! I used to love this Chipotle until today. It looked like there was about 6 people working. when I came in there was a line of about 6 people including me . They still only had one person helping customers. Other workers looked like they were preparing online orders , cleaning, and restocking . The guy making the customers’ food looked new . he was super slow, wrapped the burritos with turtle speed, and it was just painful to watch. NO ONE HELPED HIM WITH THE LINE. I’ve worked fast food for some years and I know that if there is a line or customers in line waiting , you NEED to prioritize them and knock that line out. This Chipotle team just did not seem to care. I even had to tap my card in the counter to pay and to get their attention. It looks like the manager is the one with red hair and glasses. she did not once jump in to help get the line down. No one seemed to care. Some of us people are on our timed work lunches. I just did not have a pleasant experience at all and I will be writing this on google reviews as well. i’m not one to complain like this but wow i was there for a good 20 minutes in line . absolutely ridiculous. This location needs to prioritize their customers more!

Awesome! Employees were super kind and gave us good portion sizes. Restaurant was very clean. I went 7/10/23 around 3pm.Food: 5/5

DON'T EVER stop by this location and purchase food from there. All the employees there are liars and thieves. One of the employees stole my husbands phone and denied it when asked about it. The employees pretended like they didn't know anything. Once the Police department got involved and investigated, the culprit was found as well as the phone. Not to sure if management is going to do anything about the situation and the people involved in it. Save your self a headache and don't even bother stopping there. There are plenty of other restaurants to choose from.

Don’t go in the morning. They will give you tiny portions like the food is coming out of their check. $10 for a half empty bowl.

Food is good! Love chipotle. The service is good for the most part, but sometimes some of the people skimp on the amount they place in your burrito. A few times I had to keep asking for more of all of the items they added. But otherwise it's overall pretty great!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options that are amazing ?Parking: Has a parking lot with tons of space. Definitely enough space
