Hadley Fruit Orchards - Cabazon

The date shake at this restaurant is delicious, with a perfect balance of sweetness and a rich date flavor. In addition to other vegan and vegetarian options, this place is a fantastic pit stop during a long journey for a refreshing shake break.

The Date Shake is very good. Not too sweet with a fine date taste. You have other vegan/vegetarian options. But for a shaking break on a long journey this place is great! #Veganuary

This charming restaurant gives off a vibe similar to Sprouts or Whole Foods. They offer a variety of dishes, with my personal favorites being the ones with pecans. Make sure to try their date shake, as it has a subtle and not overly sweet taste.

We visited Hadley's Fruit Orchard to shop at the store and decided to try the cafe. We ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage, cheese, and egg on an English muffin. It was priced at $3.50 each and tasted fresh. The sandwich came plain, so we added mayonnaise and ketchup. It was delicious! I had a Vanilla Latte and my wife had a triple berry mix, both of which we enjoyed. The latte was made using a machine and offered free refills. The mixed berry drink was freshly prepared.

The Date Shakes are a MUST! In addition to a great small place for food and drinks, they also have a store all kinds of different nuts, candy, candy in fruity flavors, and other essential road trip snacks. They were not really crowded and also had large clean bathrooms!
