The food was outstanding, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. As for the service, I would rate it a 3 out of 5. While the staff was friendly, there were a few delays that detracted from the overall experience. The atmosphere was a highlight of my visit, with a warm and inviting ambiance that deserves a 4 out of 5 rating. It really set the perfect mood for a leisurely lunch. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for great food in a nice setting, just be prepared for a bit of a wait with the service.

This is the ultimate destination for mouthwatering pizza—without a doubt, the best in town! My two friends and I had a wonderful dining experience and would like to express our sincere gratitude. I will definitely share my recommendation for L.A. Italian Kitchen with all my coworkers!

The sauce had a strange flavor, the cheese never fully melted and tasted more like old cheese that had just been reheated, and the crust was oddly crunchy, almost stale. In the past, I’ve enjoyed their breadsticks, which were usually quite good. However, this time, they were more like the hard, thin breadsticks you might get at a bar, so I chose not to order them. To make matters worse, the prices were comparable to what you'd expect at an airport, which only added to my disappointment. On a brighter note, the staff member there was very friendly, and fortunately, my positive impression of her was formed before I tried the food.

Anyone who says bad pizza doesn't exist clearly hasn't given this place a try. However, for $8 a slice, I wasn't about to let it go to waste. On the bright side, they were generous with the toppings. The woman who worked there was very kind, which makes me feel a bit guilty for leaving a negative review about the food.

The customer service was terrible. My kids wanted pizza, so I sent them to check out the options. However, the cashier saw them and shooed them away, which was disappointing. As a result, we opted to go next door to Panda Express instead. I hope they can enhance their customer service in the future.
