We eat from Diep Cornelscourt fairly regularly and they are always very accommodating with our dietary requirements but I just wanted to say how particularly good the chicken with cashew nuts was this evening 3rd November 2023. Disappointed with my pad Thai takeaway. The noodles we light and thin, and not as filling, as they usually are. There were less vegetables than usual, no peanuts on the side and just one thin lime wedge, The two prawns were close to inedible and the chicken was tough.
