Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

Quality is as is supposed to be, service was good needed to have someone allocated to dining area maintaining cleaning tables and floors like the old days.

A good place for lunch, but better outside of main meal times as there can be large queues of people waiting to be served. We liked the chips and the apple turnovers, but the burgers are pretty good too. Mcdonald's is located within the mall food court so the environment is usually quite noisy; typical of mall food courts, but the prices are reasonable.

So really how hard can it be? It's not gourmet, it's not particularly cheap, it's not healthy but it should be fast and given that they function with some of the best systems in the fast food industry it should be accurate. Not here at Morayfield. I'm not a huge fan of McDonalds but it serves a purpose - well it should - it should be fast and you should get what you order and pay for. Not here at MorayfieldI have never once (and honestly it's only been maybe 7-8 times in 16 years but still) driven through drive through and received my whole order correctly at this store. NOT ONCEIn the past I have called to complain when I've gotten home to find missing burgers, fries or wrong burgers but having spoken to others this is just standard procedure for this store. I now recommend people stay and check their order before driving offAs mentioned I don't really consider myself a fan of Maccas but it's not really rocket science so I'm at a loss how one store can get it so wrong so often

Service is slow, short and sharp, food almost always disappointing whether it is incorrect or just plain cold, or if you are lucky you might even get a bonus hair in your food.. Management don't care and even have the nerve to be rude and disrespectful when issues are raised.

This Mickey-D's is fairly standard as far as fast food drive-thru facilities go.
