Feedback gevenDue to the influence of Corona, you cannot eat or drink in the shop here. Also, since we are not currently placing orders in the store, it seems that we are only accepting drive-through or app orders. I think many of the staff here are very friendly. But unfortunately, the food I ordered and received every time was always very cold for some reason. It may depend on the product you choose, but it's cold and it's completely different from the photo. These chickens were extremely small and had a lot of variation in taste, which was disappointing to me. The app is very easy to use, so I would like to use more shops if I can improve the product, but I will not go for a while because the quality is disappointing for the price.
It was a long wait after ordering online. I had to wait an additional 15 to 20 min after the order was supposed to be ready. The food was good. I got boneless wings.
Travis who took my order and delivered it was awesome, his a plus for Zaxby’s. The Dining Room is open back up!
They have lost my business. They never get my order correct and the last time I was their they charged my card a total of 6 times and I had to contact my bank to stop payment on all but 1 transaction. When I tried talking to the store manager he was not interested in speaking with me.
Very disappointed. This used to be my goto chicken place for cabot. Last 2 times I have came through the food quality has been bad. Today I ordered a chicken niblerz meal and it was joke bread was not toasted tasted like week old bread. The chicken strips were tiny and cold. There was hardly any sause on the sandwich.The fries looked and tasted like they were from yesterday and cold. I would have brought it back but the line was long and the lobby is closed. Who ever owns this store needs to get their quality control in check or they will not have the long lines like they use to have. I will not be back.
