When I came 6 months ago, I had authentic Malaysian laksa. rich, amber-colored deep broth with the peans. this time around the laksa style was more of a Thai/Laos style. broth tasted closer to a tom yum and was more of an orange-coloured tinge without the sprouts. I personally wanted authentic Malaysian.
The small Hawker Center style food dishes in cabramatta have always looked at me attraktiw. that was my first time I tried to eat it from one of the shops. pad see ew $10 and comes with a cup icestee. we split it between two because we had a snack before. reasonable quality standard – a bit of wok-hei, not too bold. I would try.
Chicken rice: amazing sticky tears: big kokosnuss corn tapioca : great love comes here when I longed steamed chicken and ginger rice. it is really one of the best I had and the suppe they serve on the side brings everything together. the sweets they serve on the side car also taste great, which is good to take home and immerse after dinner.
I was here a few times to take a quick and cheap meal. eating is good for its worth, and eating is quite fast. the location is not ideal, but it is still worth it.
Serving Lao Thai food where some sweets from the region are sampled. The sweets use traditional ingredients; Taro cocont milk, sticky rice with pandan. Very unique, vibrant and beautifully prepared.
