I find that hard to rate because it has my favorite soup dock plate, but it is very different from what I also use! As a plate itself it is not bad, but as Nam Veng noodles it is a failure! The socket sockets is completely different, but most ingredients is what I also use Grief Next door at Minh Minh Khang The ingredients are not as close as this place, but there is a soup base closer to what I also use, even though they added Tom Yum if they did not suffer. I would say that Minh is 50% on what I also use Grief My mother enjoyed her rice noodle plate Grief You also give free cup of tea Grief You will not come here because the ambience is, it's like an Asian food court, it's not the cleanest place

It's a hole in the wall, but they make the best dry rice noodle w seafood, assorted meats, bean spouts and a quail egg.

I always get my breakfast/lunch from here with my boyfriend or momI always get my bang canhIt's exactly how my grandma makes it.

It was our first time to visit Cabramatta.  I was actually looking for that Yum Cha restaurant but for some reason I could not just find it and we ended up eating here at Hai Van.  It was a small food court inside a small plaza.  We didn't really know what to order so we just pointed to the picture which looks appealing.  Was not really in the mood to be picky because we were already very hungry.  Anyway, I ordered a dry noodle dish with Vietnamese sausage and some meat on it while hubby had rice with pork cutlet.  The dry noodle was surprisingly good especially if you have the dressing/sauce with it.  What I love most is the sausage.  Sweet and savory at the same time.  It is just yummy.  It could go well with rice or noodle or bread.  Service is fast, price a bit high, serving size is ok but the place needs to be cleaned.  All in all not a bad experience.
