Feedback gevenI come often to this slow food factory! I like it because the quality is good! They serve many typical seasonal dishes (not in the menu) and of course also sandwiches, salads...! I usually get home made french fries, bruschette with typical sardinian bread, foster beer on tap!! Sometime in the right season you can find small crabs, snales, la parmigiana, and other things impossible to find in other places! Price is fair! I do advice it!
In these years I spent time from this bar-focacceria, but only to shape their famous fried potatoes, punctually accompanied by ichnus not filtered to the plug. “Patate fritte” is however an entirely insufficient expression to make you understand how unique and good it can be. These are potatoes grown on the montiferru, which – like many extinct volcanoes (tranquilli, is inactive for a million years) is surrounded by fertile soils, and rich in mineral salts: all that grows there “has an extra march”, from olive trees to vines, to potatoes. made two accounts, are fried potatoes in the form of chips that at the kilo costs more or less like a good beef fillet, but it is worth it. the other night I tried it as a restaurant, although only for a simple snack: their famous potatoes, then fried bread banners and cask cubes with celery, and finally a very simple thing, but executed wonderfully: a strawberry with black cuttlefish, with shrimps, arselle and squid. a perfume and a truly unforgettable goto! we drank the excellent karmis of còntini, but – being host of a family of friends I have no idea of the account.
In this place a little unlikely, it seems to be on a border land, this small focacceria bar offers refreshment for beach bathers not far away. the menu offers stuffed focaccia, salad, toast and some dishes of the day. the dishes are good, the service spartano but very friendly, the correct account.
