Reva's Place - Cadiz

I had one of the worst dining experiences I've ever encountered! The food was clearly subpar; even the fried catfish and the bun tasted re-heated. If I’m paying $7 for a Saturday lunch buffet, I expect the food to be delicious!

We must have picked a bad day to visit. Our server seemed disengaged and didn’t want to be there. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with green beans, but was served a very small piece of chicken with no bread, despite ordering a sandwich. The server just took the tiny piece of chicken and brought it back on a bun. She didn’t bother to ask how I wanted it. My husband had the chicken fried steak, which was mostly fat. The server never came back to check on us. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Brunch for 20 you hit it out of the park. yummy is a submissive. thanks reva and your great staff.

The buffet was frustrating yet delicious every time I tried it, but Reva really excels with its menu specialties, such as the ribeye with asparagus wrapped in speck and a great salad bar.
