Kfc - Caerphilly

I paid £16 for a delivery of 4 items, but only received 1 piece of champ. I tried calling multiple times but there was no answer. I recommend avoiding this disorganized restaurant.

I recently spoke to a young woman named Bradey over the phone to make changes to my order, as I couldn't do so on the Just Eat app. Bradey was incredibly polite, helpful, and courteous, and I was truly impressed with the level of customer service she provided. In fact, I felt compelled to leave a review before even receiving my meal because she deserves recognition for her excellent service. She was a pleasure to interact with, and her kindness stood out on a busy Friday night. KFC should be proud to have such a remarkable employee on their team.

The customer service was terrible. The chips were cold and there was hardly any food to serve. It was undercooked and cold. The bread roll was dry and unappetizing. Overall, the food was the worst I've ever had. I will not be returning.

One of the worst places I ordered, only eat I ordered family-proof I got 6 chicken hexe looks as if it came from a budgie not chicken mais on basket, was big enough for a ame, not to carry a bottle of koks. with eating phone delivered and many said she grabbed it her herself and his not gloomy fists was rude never I will order from this place again aviod on all costs I would put the family as well 23 pochen

Staff are so rude, really don’t care about the customers. The food is always poor. We came here last week, begrudgingly! Food was cold. When at the window could see lots of food over the floor, the staff weren’t friendly with the customers and were...more interested gossiping with each other. Every time I visit this place it’s a bad experience I don’t think they care at all abouts any of its customers!
