Mcdonald's Restaurants - Caerphilly

The service was faster than expected. The ordering machine failed to print our ticket, so I was unsure about the order status. I explained the situation to the staff, and they were very helpful and took care of it right away. The food was hot and delicious!

Had a few problems with my order on the app. I checked in and waited 20 minutes to get my order. the team clearly went between breakfast and normal menu. While I was waiting, about 5 people bought their orders back, as there were mistakes, but our order was before location, hot and fresh.

I went to pick up my order on Thursday, April 14th, at 7:30 PM from Rust. It was a wonderful experience, and I was delighted by the service. The staff member who assisted me was professional, cheerful, and did her job exceptionally well. It was truly a service with a smile—thank you, Rust!

I often visit this McDonald's, and it's usually quite good. Occasionally, my orders get mixed up and the food can be a bit cold, but overall, it's a solid choice. I enjoy dining in as well as ordering takeout.
