Superb meal,superb service, superb place for any occasion, cannot recommend the place enough , very busy venue but no waiting for food at all .

Excellent fillet steak ! So tasty and cooked to perfection and I could swap my chips for sweet potato chips and they were great. The blue cheese sauce is very tasty. 100% rather the railway than miller and Carter. Better value for money and better quality steak

We visited this afternoon for a family meal 8 adults. From the moment we entered the restaurant the staff took care of us. Everything from the drinks, food atmosphere was terrific !! The menu has a good selection to suit all budgets, portion sizes are big but most of all the food is delicious!!! I can’t prise the severs and chefs enough, I’ve eaten in many restaurants and this place is up there with the best. I definitely recommend and will be returning soon.

This was my first visit and my last. The pub has had two makeovers recently and the latest results in a gloomy purple walled interior. The food is simple pub grub but at restaurant prices. My starter should have been calamari but I was served four heavily crumbed balls of scampi. The waitress and Manager were adamant that I was wrong !!! I didn't bother with a main course after being charged £6.50 for the privilege yes that's £1.62 per ball !!!!

Don't bother.We were looking forwardto a great steak dinner,phoned up prior to be told don't book.sad
