We recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and it was excellent. The prawn purée starter was delicious and extremely large, surpassing many I have had in restaurants. It was also served hot. The curries we ordered, Chicken Korhai and Captain's Pathilla with Bombay Potatoes and Pilau Rice, were also delicious. The food was delivered promptly, fresh, and hot. It was as delicious as any other restaurant in the area. Kudos to the entire team at Indian Valley Garden.
My wife placed an order for food at 5:30pm and was told that delivery would take an hour. We have ordered from this takeaway before, but tonight, it required three phone calls and a wait of over an hour and a half. The food arrived almost cold, with cold, soggy chips. We were lied to by the person taking the order, and as a result, we will definitely not be using their services again.
I have visited this restaurant multiple times and it never fails to impress. The butter chicken dish is my favorite, as it is always filled with plenty of chicken unlike other takeout places I have tried. Their deliveries are always on time and the food is consistently hot. They also package everything carefully to avoid any spillage, unlike other places where half of my meal ends up at the bottom of the bag. I highly recommend this restaurant and will continue to be a loyal customer. Keep up the great work!
Ordered from here on their app for a home delivery at 5.40pm on Wednesday the 12th June and waited. An email came through at bout 40 mins after ordering and quoted a different price so hubby phoned and queried it and asked how long the food would be and we were told it was on its way. Another 15 mins passed and it arrived. I wasn't impressed that the cold can we had ordered was placed in the same bag as the hot food. Not good idea! Started in wrapping the food and the garlic naan bread smelt good and the rice looked good. My chicken korma looked rather pale and chips were average. Sat down to eat and the korma was like a soup. Watery and no flavour. Soooo disappointing. My hubbys Madras he said was nice as the rice too. Chicken was moist. Nann very chewy. Korma sauce odd and watery. £20 down drain
