Good restaurant, a little old and shabby the environment but the food is good, even if not very light. The lamb was very good.

Our AirBnB host recommended Larrupin' for a nice dinner. We got lucky and they were able to fit us in without a reservation. Everything was stellar, from the service, to the food and the ambiance. We sat outside and were comfortable with the heaters. The fresh oysters were delicious. My husband got the ribs and brisket with sweet potatoes and I got the filet. I've had filet mignon a number of times at high end restaurants and I think this was my very favorite. Highly recommend if you're looking for a special dinner in Trinidad!

Consistently one of our favorite restaurants for decades now. As a vegetarian I always get the spanikopita and as delicious as it is there is always enough to take home for leftovers. In Summer you can enjoy their patio with heaters sprinkled throughout the garden and some evenings there is even live music. They have a great wine menu with many local options too. Well worth the drive to Trinidad.

Our fine dinning experiences in the Redwoods are FABULOUS!!! Menu Superb always!!! Staff meets expectation with perfection!!! Do not miss a lovely evening in the woods.

I have eaten here at least 5 times. Every time the food has been excellent and the service spot on. It's off the beaten track, but it will be worth the journey (unless you're lucky enough to live in Trinidad !
