The cheeseburger was good. The Texas chicken box, not so good

I was always the worst luck at Rally's. The passage took a while, but the food was amazing.

5 stars just because I go there when ms Sharlene works!! She's great

This review is for the S. Illinois St. location in Belleville. I asked that my food be made fresh upon ordering, but instead they re-dropped the fries and burnt them and also served me cold burgers. I?ve already left a review under two rallys websites this is my 3rd ? And I?m going to continue to go down the line and leave bad reviews until I receive my call back from corporate and my refund that I requested two weeks ago. Very poor customer service, very poor so called management. Very poor cooking skills. I shoulda known it be a negative experience just from the looks of the building. But that?s my fault. Busted and disgusted. 0/10 don?t recommend. Thank you.
