Came up for the weekend from Townsville and was told to check this place out. Staff were awesome and down for a bit of a laugh with some cheeky comments going back and forth, has good tunes and awesome food and $12 beer steins. Try the chicken and waffles, sounds weird but its **** good. But they only do them if the weekend.

Best fried chicken in Australia...finally great American fried chicken without having to travel to St Louis! Friendly service and if you have ever been to the best fried chicken bar in the world Hodaks then you will love the tenders and actually really proper wings. People who say its overpriced need to realize if you want proper American fried crispy chicken like this the next option is fly to LA, connect to Chicago, connect to St Louis, hire a car and find Hodaks...

Friendly staff. Not long after ordering our meals, they were brought out to us. The Sl*t’s were delicious, great on a hot day. Would recommend.

Absolutely love the chicken here! They do not disappoint with the tender and crisp! I can not knock the service or food after my multiple visits but I can say the waste is a little dissapointing, everything is served in disposables wether eating in or not! There are so many options for reusable and bio degradable and we are all well educated on the impacts of waste, it would be nice to see them take some initiative in that area but everything else is spot on!
