This is the perfect spot to visit on a hot summer day! They offer the most delicious shaved ice called snowflake ice, which may seem pricey at $12.80 but is actually big enough for three people. This treat surpasses ice cream in terms of refreshment, with a delightful frozen blend of water, milk, sugar, and flavor shaved into a fluffy mountain of heavenly sweetness. There are 5 flavors to choose from, all of which have been fantastic in my experience. The bubble tea is also outstanding, tasting like real tea with a more balanced flavor than most chain stores. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store has convenient hours. It's the best place to visit on a muggy afternoon to cool off.

My daughter and I shared a matcha snowflake at this restaurant. The ice was infused with matcha flavor and then shaved using a machine before being topped with matcha ice cream. It was delicious. Unlike other places where there is just flavored sauce on top of plain ice, this place incorporates the flavors into the ice itself, resulting in a more evenly distributed taste. Additionally, the friendly staff allowed us to choose our own toppings. And to top it off, the cost was only half of what I paid for a similar dessert in Melbourne.

I really enjoyed it! I came there for dessert and tried the mango boat and it was absolutely delicious. The person who worked there served it quick and was a friendly person to talk to. The shaved ice was delicious and the way they served it was really nice. I really love this place and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to sit down and eat great dessert!
