All round excellent! Not a single fault... honestly Food is fantastic. Service from check in and the restaurant,fantastic. Fishing lakes look brilliant and the lodges are wonderful.. Went in before hand to see if they had a table for 3 at half 11 as I had a baby to get out the car in the pouring rain and was told yes they will get one ready with menu. I went to get my baby out the car, when we walked in we was told there will not food till 12:00 so half an hour wait but we could order and have drinkswhich was fine and we got comfy at our table looking at menu after our drinks order was taken, before our drinks came the lady came over and said I need to move you as our table was booked out now, so we moved all our things and baby chair ect to another nearby table which she said was fine to use and then was told again minutes later sorry actually all the tables near that area are taken.this was the final straw with this and wasn’t fair with our little boy so we left.

Went for a breakfast, straight away was welcomed and sat down. I had to ask for certain things with my meal and Ann was so friendly and helpful. The food came warm and was lovely, the atmosphere was great and Ann's customer service throughout was excellent. Will definitely return.
