The place is good and located near beach. Service is great and staff amazing. One suggestion there was no dental kit in the room. Atleast a toothbrush and toothpaste should be provided. It hardly costs. I was not carrying toothbrush thinking that hotel will provide but then had to buy from outside. Overall wonderful experience. Rooms: Nice and clean rooms with balcony and separate sitting room with TV. Walkability: Walkable distance to beach

Worst experience ever. Breakfast has no variety.Rooms are just ok..nothing great at the cost we pay. I was there for 3 days. We ordered lunch on Friday afternoon and they denied as they have friday nites jazz so staff is busy in preparation. We finally odered from zomato and sat on outside table to eat. They made us get up as staff was not available to clean the table. Finally we had to eat in our rooms. I had to checkout 1 day prior due to death in my family. We requested for atleast 50% refund. Ofcrse they refused very rudely. Never seen a pathetic hospitality and such bad attitude.

I stayed there from 21st Jan to 25th Jan 2024. Location is good. Resort is not very spacious. Other than rooms you don't have a space to roam around. 1. Rooms have a dim light. 2. No clock in the room. 3. They give u 2 water bottles complementary after that they charge you 100rs for half litre water bottle.Water shall not be chargeable. It's a basic need. 4.blankets of the rooms are like u get in free dharmshala. It's not like that I will get from any 3 or 4 star property. After seeing the beddings u feel very bad after paying 5000 rs per night approx. 5. They don't give u dental kits shaving kit. Now comes to breakfast. They have fixed menu veg and non veg. Veg menu Puri bhaji with 3 small pooris. Aloo parantha misal pao. It's not optional it's fix day by day. Non veg they have masala omleetle chesse omlt. we are 2 adults and 2 kids and they offer us 2 breakfast and after that they charged you.They even don't give you the options the breads. In short apko yahi item khana hai or jitna wo de rahe hai utna he khana hai. Uske baad chargeable. 6. No paying area for kids. 7. Other than rooms there is no space in the resort. 8. They are still using 20 years old mats for mosquito repellent. They don't use liquid repellent. 9. They don't have any form communication mode in the room. No telephones in the room. Motto is to take the money out of customer pocket and don't gave them good services. Only positive point is the location 5 min walk to the Baga beach. Thank you.

I only visited the resto-bar for a Friday evening of drinks and music-dance, hence cannot comment on the rest of the resort. Food drinks: The live music/band was nice, with a lot of guests dancing and enjoying the evening! Service: 5 Location: 4
