La Baia Dei Mori - CALASCIBETTA

We were on a tour through Sicily, beautiful, but very frenetic. the last two days we have given up on the sight, saw and remained set. the hotel was in order, but as at the other places we were grouped groups on large tables that inevitable. to talk loud and feel like being on a school trip! we went to the beach for four minutes and passed this little restaurant looked at the menu and decided to have our dinner time there instead of connecting the included meal at the hotel. the atmosphere was relaxed, friendly and very pleasant. there was a good choice on the menu of pasta, pizza, fish, salad. I had carving with salat and chips that my man had a garnel salad. the wee was cheap and since we couldn't manage this dessert, we had a very generous liqueur: strega and drambuie. this small restaurant is open from ten thirty to ten thirty. they also offer for those who do not want to spend much by offering either burger, hot dogs or huh with salat and chips for nine euro. it turned out that the most beautiful evening we had, no pressure, easy quiet, friendly service with good food and wine.

The people were so polite and I felt absolutely comfortable and happy there. I wish I could come back to the house at any time.

This place fits us perfectly for a late lunch. I think we were there 5 times in 8 days, and I'm sure we'll be over again as we have a few more days. friendly staff, quick service, nice eating from a good...little menu. it is a ‘’come as you’’ art of space with chill atmosphere. Highly improved

I remembered this little esserei from 2002 and forgot where it was, I was convinced it was on the beach, but it is a 2 minute foot down the track from the beach, near the entrance gates to the naxos beach hotel. amazing to find that david and his wonderful sister still run this place after being pulled out of england 30 years ago. Of course, I suspected that they were Italian, but you said that her father was German and her mother from south wales is. breathe and drank here about 4 times in two weeks and never disappointed, we got dishes from vino di mandorla (which is white ok, but we preferred the red as it tastes sherry,! beautiful paninis, oktopus salat to die for and big bier. really impressed by everything and wish them both the best for the future, they are wonderful people who work very hard.

Excellent restaurant with a terific service. Attended to our request. The food was wonderful and authentic. I highly recomend .
