Caffe Nero - Calderdale

The coffee is good and it's a nice spot to sit and people-watch. The staff could be faster at clearing tables, particularly during these times. The service also needs to be quicker and more efficient with less chatting.

I am still disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I now prefer to go to other dog-friendly places that offer better service and better value for money. The decor and cleanliness are also appalling, with water or coffee stains on the walls and floors that have clearly not been cleaned. Tables are often left uncleared. There needs to be a major overhaul in the management and housekeeping at this establishment.

Stopped in for a quick drink before heading to The Piece Hall.

Clean, friendly, cozy, popped in for a mocha staff were great, cafe was lovely and clean, it was really cozy, I will deffo be going more often

Nero is the one place we can enjoy a coffee when we have our dog with us. They were very friendly and even provided our dog with a bowl of water. It is brilliant that some cafes allow customers to bring their dogs in instead of having to sit outside with the smokers.
