Turkish Delight - Calderdale

The food at this restaurant is good, but the service is terrible. When you order takeout, they give you a time estimate, but it always takes an extra hour. We have been waiting for over 2 hours for our food now, and they lied about when it would be ready. We called after an hour and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When we called back 35 minutes later, they were just starting to cook it. They claim they are busy, but they should have been upfront about that from the beginning. The service is awful and they didn't even offer us anything for the inconvenience. It's a disgrace!

Went here Friday night after being recommended by a friend. Ordered some kebabs, garlic bread and a calzone. The food was lovely and there was lots of meat and salad in the kebabs. Calzone was a fair size and tasted great. HOWEVER, the main issue was that we had to wait over an hour for the food to arrive. But other than that it was lovely and will try again.

I ordered the chicken naan kebab, which came in a large portion with plenty of meat. However, if you're looking for a quick meal, I wouldn't recommend ordering from here. We were expecting to wait about an hour, but it took more like 1 hour 30-45 minutes (we ordered on a Saturday night). I can't understand why it takes so long to make a chicken kebab with salad! Additionally, the food was nearly cold by the time we received it. The service wasn't the best, but at least we were able to reheat the food in the microwave.

I have been coming here for a while now but we had a large donner kebab the other night and its was absolutely gorgeous. I think they have changed the meat but it was amazing cant wait to order it again.
