Subway - Caldwell

The sandwiches were fresh and tasty. The employees were friendly and sanitary. Will be definitely go back

I went there yesterday and ordered a 6 inch tuna, the girl at the cash register was OK but the tall guy who was adding the veggies to my sandwich was weird. He only put 4 leaves of spinach in my sandwich, I couldn’t believe it. I had to ask him to add more spinach to the sandwich, I’ve never had to do that before. All the other subways I’ve ever been to put a handful of spinach in the sandwich. I couldn’t even see the tomatoes, I had to ask him to put extra tomatoes because honestly I couldn’t see any in the sandwich that I had asked for. And his attitude was very disappointing. He had a look on his face like he didn’t even want to make a sandwich for me. Wonder why? ? Anyhow, cuz of him, I will not go there anymore, I’d rather drive a little further and go to a different subway. He needs to learn customer service not just stand there asking, what else do you want? As if it’s a bother to him to make a sandwich. Maybe he should look for another job that he may be more happy with. This was about 5:30PM.

The staff seemed a bit rude and rolled their eyes when we inquired about a specific sandwich. However, the food was enjoyable overall.

Workers have no idea how to treat people. they didn't just want to use the microwave. they didn't answer anything as if they were forced to work there. super poor guy. never go there again. Oh and they didn't give me everything I'm paying for.

Not necessarily! I wanted to order food. it is completely useless not to waste their time. it is easy to order personally.
