Feedback gevenRegarding the response from the owner, it seemed to be a generic reply that did not address the specific issues raised in the review. Rather than feeling valued as a customer, my wife now feels more comfortable bringing her own coffee in the car rather than risking further humiliation at this particular Tim Hortons location.
Every time I'm in the area, I make sure to grab a coffee and snack at this restaurant. The staff is consistently friendly and the service is speedy. I also purchased a smile cookie to show my support for the cause on this visit.
I visited Tim's to enjoy a savory meal. I went through the drive-thru and the lady asked me directly, "what do you want." She did assist me in making a selection, but when I opened the bag, I noticed that both twists were burnt. After taking a bite, I found them to be soggy and cold. It's important to note that I had opened the bag within five minutes of receiving it. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience.
Hate the drive thru...people enter from both side and vehicle go 1 by 1. Random times you have people telling you in abusive language to go through the other side.Why do I have to go through the parking to access the drive thru from other side.Do you have timings to use side from the back. If not than why are people so abusive.If it's not a drive thru than why does it get used. Put Do not enter sign
I ordered and paid for a large latte but they brought out a medium so i said sorry i ordered a large and showed them the receipt so they brought it in and put the medium into a large cup and didnt even fill it up past the medium. And the staff wasnt the best and was ignorant.
