Feedback gevenMy group requested a booth at the restaurant, but the hostess informed us that she couldn't seat us there due to a server not covering it. We were considering leaving, but then waiter Andrew G. suggested that we sit wherever we liked and assured us he would take care of us. Now that's excellent customer service! We enjoyed a fantastic meal, with exceptional service from Andrew and the trainee he was mentoring. Thank you again for a wonderful experience, Andrew!
Hostess was very indifferent, almost to the point of being rude. Server came to our 5 table times. Take our order, bring beverages and rolls, bring entrees by and then check, then pick up payment. No offer of beverage refills. Had to wait untilentree was delivered to ask for more rolls. About 8 tables occupied in the whole dining room. And steak was tough and greenbeans had a funny taste. Other than that was wonderful.
They have definitely made improvements on service in the past 2 months. Food has improved I think they have real cooks again instead of managers trying to do something they shouldn't. New managers training. Service was prompt. Servers respectful,friendly and with a fun personality. None of them last few visits have been snippy or made us to feel we are botheringthem. Truly nice to be appreciated again as a customer. Nice to see you coming back Logan's and making positive changes!
I was not expecting Logan's to be so disappointing. The fries were old and dry, and it was clear that they were cooked in old oil. The wings were overcooked and very tough, and the BBQ sauce tasted artificial. When I complained to the manager, they made me wait on the phone for 20 minutes before hanging up on me. After several more attempts, they finally took my information and said they would see if they could refund me in a few days. This is not how you should treat a customer. I will not be returning to Logan's.
They were out of buns, so my burger came on Texas toast. Unfortunately, the piece of bread on the far left was soggy. The salad was delicious, but I ended up getting a salad because they had run out of fries. When we arrived, I asked if they could clean off the bar so we could sit and order a drink. The lady offered to clear off only 5 seats, the exact number in our party. I wasn't thrilled about sitting at the bar and staring at other people's scraps, but eventually, a server helped us out and provided great service.
