Milo's Hamburgers - Calera

Cold food. Terrible service, and they got my order wrong.

Order was correct, communication was good and efficient. Food was good. Fast service.

It's okay, a smashed hamburger with lots of salt and sauce.

Somehow the chicken and burgers were watery. I have never seen anything like it. Like they fried it then put it in water. The burger was cold yet had melted cheese. I had heard this location was good but not for me.. can't afford to have bad food anymore.

I must say, this is an incredibly polite team. I showed up maybe 15 minutes before closing and ordered a Mega Meal. They got it out to me with no issues whatsoever and were very pleasant to interact with.5/5 service; if someone could give the district manager a nod toward this location, that would be great because this team certainly deserves it.
